Thank you for the well written article. I disagree with your summary. that America is Trump, though it does seem that the installation of Trump seems to serve a particular agenda. America is opinionated and both brilliant and despondent in turns. The capitalistic competitive model is both its greatest and worst asset. The average working American still believes in the American dream...the ability to manifest their reality through diligent effort.

This unique combination should not be overlooked. Perseverance in the face of adversity can only be undertaken by those committed to the ideals of freedom and independence.
